Similarly, she was also invited to participate at the symposium on Navarrese cuisine in Benidorm during March of 2006. The creations that she presented to the public there were received with great appreciation.
In 2006 and in February of this year she was also invited to contribute to the workshops held in the Markets of Pamplona. At these events she presented her creations in miniature, which were especially warmly received by those attending.
In October of 2006 she was chosen by the Asociación Gazteluleku to make the well-known “Bull’s Tail Stew”. The previous year Arzak had been the chosen chef, while this year Teresa prepared a dish that contained bull’s veins and generated great interest among the jury.
In 2003 she was invited to take part in the Symposium on Spanish Food and Wine in Germany.
