Teaching

In recent years Teresa has been in demand with different institutes to teach courses on cooking to student s of different culinary capacities.

In 2004 the Pamplona Town Council asked her to teach classes on cooking to the general public at Pamplona’s Casa de Cultura.

In 2004 and 2005 she taught classes aimed at the general public in Pamplona’s Centro Civican de San Juan.

In 2005 and 2006 she was hired by the University of Navarre to teach classes at the CEICID (Domestic Sciences Study and Research Centre). On that occasion, the classes were aimed at professionals from every corner of the Spanish catering and hotel sectors.
